All monthly plans start at $1,450 and increase based upon the accounting team you desire. After you customize your outsourcing plan, it takes 30 days or less to setup your account. This timeline includes establishing your short and long term financial goals, assessing current records and reports to structure agreed on deliverables and customizing how your daily transactions will be performed. Companies with simpler operations have a typical timeline of two weeks for us to take over your accounting.

We find that it’s best to employ an in-house accounting staff if your operations involve highly confidential or trade secrets that could damage your business if made public, and if an accounting function is heavily intertwined with your operations making those tasks time-sensitive and/or needing excessive attention to detail/customizations. If this isn’t the case, however, outsourcing your accounting is a great way to manage your overhead costs and ensure your financial responsibilities are being met by qualified individuals.

All new clients have the option to utilize our internal client accounting software for your business. However, if you would like to purchase your own software first, we will assist with advising on the best platform for your business and include the setup of your accounts into your service. Our clients are on a variety of systems that our accountants are skilled in: QuickBooks, Xero, Yardi, MRI, SAGE, SAP, and more.

We typically create an account per legal entity, however if the entities share a common business operation and reporting plan, sharing one account is an option. Real estate is a popular industry with this setup, they will outsource multiple property entities under one customized account. We can determine this option on an individual basis only. We always want to ensure that our clients are matched to the most appropriate plan for their business. You may switch your plan, after a 30-days written notice, twice within a calendar year.

We look for clients willing to take a 6-months minimum committment so you can receive the best value from our services, but there is no long-term contract. To cancel, simply give us a 30-days notice, and we will complete all final transactions, forward to you all files and user access codes, and close out your account.
